Test Engineer

Dexorn Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Web Automation Testing Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of web applications by building and maintaining automated test solutions.

Job Details

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for web applications
Execute automated testing for cross-browser and responsive web applications
Develop and maintain test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely defect resolution
Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve application quality
Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Web Automation Testing
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in writing test scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with REST APIs and basic API testing concepts
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive testing
Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with API testing using tools like REST Assured or Postman
Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
Exposure to performance or security testing basics
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with test reporting and documentation
